Green Favour Board Jointing Glue
Characteristics: solid content :46-55% solid ratio :5-20 viscosity: 15000-38000/20ºC
Purpose: laminated board splicing, the production of furniture, apply to the oak, zelkova, beech and other hardwood splicing
Preparation before use:
1. the percentage of water contained in the board is less than 12%
2. The surface of wood should be neat and smooth. Do not bend.
Stir: according to product instruction, the ratio of main agent to curing agent is 100:5-20 (user can make appropriate adjustments according to concrete conditions), fully mix and stir for 3-5 minutes until evenly mixed.
Coating: coating capacity of 220-260 grams / square meters. Even coating, do not leave any unpainted place. When splicing hard wood, glue should be put for 2-3 minutes and then close up. For the mixture of GF high-performance laminated glue which includes main agent and curing agent, use it up within 120 minutes above 25 ºC, use it up within 260 minutes below 25ºC.
Pressure: Under cold press, pressure :0.8-1 .3 M Pa Time: above 45 minutes for hard wood or large plate, pressure time should be extended to more than 2 hours .Pressure time should also be extended when temperature is lowered
Removing pressure to keep effect: the board should be stored for a period of time before the next procedure. In order to ensure accurate test results, take test after 7 days when damage test is needed. While boiling test is carried out after 7-15 days.
Storage period: 12 months for main agent in sealed package between 5 degrees and 25 degrees; 36 months for curing agent in sealed package;
Notes:
1. store and transport above 5 degrees to avoid the cold.
2. when used in winter, both the splicing section and warehouse should be heated to above 10ºC.
3. When splicing the plates in winter, preserving health temperature should be maintained at above 10ºC to ensure the final agglutination of the plates; Do not transport under low temperature during the period of preserving health.
4.prevent the curing agent's prolonged exposure to air and water so as to avoid failure.
